About us
Peter and Kay Hewson opened Daly & Richards Garage in 1980, and it quickly became a favourite among the locals. As their business and family grew, their son Matt completed his aprenticeship with the family business.
In 2013 when Peter and Kay retired, Matt knew he wanted to grow the business but needed more skills, so he worked with another local company to complete his diesel Mechanic trade for 5 years.
So in 2017, with the extra skills aquired Matt and Kim reopened Daly & Richards Garage in it's original home at 68 Drayton Street.
Being known in the community to have quality workmanship, affordable prices and a friendly team, many of the old customer returned to check out the new generation.
Daly & Richards are now able to look after not just the family car, but also the work truck, or fleet of company cars.
Daly & Richards are looking to the future with training the the next generation.
